We need to cancel tonight’s official meeting at the No Name. The band has illness–from playing outside last night, and we didn’t feel like many would show with the cold and rain. Our Apologies!! Please share this with anyone you know who might have planned to come.

First things first, we still have a limited number of spots to fill on the float for the Pier Park Parade but they are going fast. We have a special sale–2 spots for only $59.95! Where else can you get a deal like that? A case of beads is $40. The top area of the float is full but there are still slots on the bottom level. Contact treasurer@panamacityphc.org if you are interested in a spot on the Pier Park Parade float, Feb 12 at 4 pm. The St. Andrews float is full.

A New Charity for
Rendezvous!
The Gulf Coast School for Autism is now our charity for Rendezvous! They offer different academic programs that cater to each individual student’s learning level and style.

March 18 at Patches with Jeff and the Camaros!

TENT SITES GO ON SALE SAT, MARCH 12 AT 12 NOON CST.
The ones you see marked out now are for clubs with 20 or more registrations. Yes we are killing it.
This is the time of the year when the tent process for Rendezvous begins. You must be registered obviously to get the emails that are coming shortly. As said earlier, we are trending very well for this time of year. Please get registered. We will have Fun N Games, the Cork Pull, Raffle and Silent Auction, a Hat contest, and all that fun that we always have!!
EXCEPT: we will NOT have the free Cheeseburger for lunch on Saturday. That expense was turning into a major thang, plus the line was crazy long and interrupted everything. Still working on the Cheeseburger CAKE, but no free lunch this time!

Now speaking of Rendezvous, when you visit other events around the country, NO EVENT has the Raffle and Silent Auction like we do. They all have one, but it’s usually just a handful of items. This is the time, to RE-GIFT the things you may have won before, or BUY new stuff that you know can go in a basket. NOTE–please don’t give us what is in the back of your closet. Our Basket Queen will only put high quality merchandise in a basket, so if it’s a dirty old wooden parakeet from 10 years ago, we don’t want it.
There is ONE thing that we do want and we might as well start the process on Feb 4 at the No Name–LIQUOR!
Yes from now until Rendezvous, please start donating LIQUOR. The more noticeable or unique the bottle, the better. No wine please, people’s taste for wine is particular to them. We will need 100 bottles of liquor for the Cork Pull, plus another 50-75 for Raffle and Silent Auction. Have a favorite Liquor Store? Hit them up for a contribution!
