Let’s Get Started
The Float is sold out for the Christmas parade, but we do need Wheel Walkers.  The theme is Red, White, and Blue, however, it’s Christmas time, dress like ya want to.  We can throw candy out, and the walkers kind of make sure that little kiddies don’t jump out in front of the float to get candy.  The parade will start at 6 pm from the Marina Civic Center, and it ends at Bay High School football stadium (Tommy Oliver stadium I believe).  Here’s the deal, we are number 55 of 62 floats, so we will be toward the end of the parade–just a few floats away from Kris Kringle himself!  It won’t be quite as cold as it is today, but it’s night time, outside, so be prepared for a fun CHILLY Christmas parade!!
The Christmas party is SOLD OUT.  Understand, this was a tough year to plan a Christmas party.  We didn’t know if 20 people would show or if 100 people would show, so we found a room at Triple J’s that holds ONLY 50 people.  If you have paid already but CAN’T go, please let the Treasurer know so we can fill that spot.  If you are on the list, you are going to get a separate email with instructions on gifts, that will come shortly.  Luckily, the band doesn’t take too many spots this year.

With Christmas around the corner, this weekend is probably the last time this year we will be together as a group.  We all know it’s be a wild year in all sorts of ways.  Let’s remember those who don’t have it quite as good as us, help others, BE NICE TO EACH OTHER, and have a wonderful and SAFE Holiday season. 2021 has just GOT to be an upgrade from 2020.
