Not much to talk about today, we hope to see you at Barracuda Beach Bar tonight (June 4th) at 6 pm. We had fun time with the Krewe of St. Andrews for our Mardi Gras in May parade. They kept the floats going pretty quickly, which was a good thing cause it was a tad warm. Even with approximately half the number usually for a Mardi Gras parade, there is still something that gives you a charge when we round that corner onto Beck Ave. And the consensus is that we couldn’t be prouder of how that float looked.

So hats off to Pat and Judy!

We should be getting our election news any day now, many thanks to all who are stepping up to help our club move on to bigger and better things, and of course we thank our existing BOD for keeping things going during the pandemic.

That’s all we have for today, hope to see you tonight and also Friday, June 18th. Wear that sunscreen! Get vaccinated if you haven’t yet, and everyone have a great and safe summer. It truly is great to be a Parrot Head.
