Here is your first informational Rendezvous blast!

First things first, TENTS will go on sale on March 12 at 12 noon Central time. You will get an email with the link in the first week of March.
- Another reminder, there always exists the possibility of YOU and SOMEONE ELSE clicking on the same tent site and putting it on your credit card within micro seconds of each other. It will look like both of you got the tent site. We will see this on our side and have to move one of you. We already are prepared for this and have some extra room in there. Just please don’t get mad if that happens to you, it’s beyond our control and we will do everything we can to satisfy your tent cravings!!
- We have some clubs–ones who have 20 or more coming-as well as our own club–who have already purchased some of these slots. You will get the most updated map in a later email. Just know that 29, 30 and that X are Panama City tents. Also–we have a big beach, we can put more tents in there. 18, 11, and 1 are also gone.
- In tent site 30 you will be able to BUY A JUDGE!! You have always wanted to–but now you can buy your judgeship for the Jello Shot contest (Friday) and the Boat Drink contest (Saturday)!

Big News
A New Charity for
Rendezvous!
The Gulf Coast School for Autism is now our charity for Rendezvous! They offer different academic programs that cater to each individual student’s learning level and style. They have assisted thousands of kids over the last couple of decades and we are honored to be a part of it.

More Rendezvous info:
- Sadly, we will NOT have the Cheeseburger in Paradise lunch this year. As you know from your hotel reservations, EVERYTHING has gone up, and it has for us too. That Cheeseburger lunch is an expense that was nice to have in earlier years, now it’s gotten out of hand expensive, AND you know how big a snarl it puts onto the Rendezvous deck when 400 people standing in line. Sorry, but some things just had to get cut. You are on your own for lunch Saturday.
- Online raffle tickets will go on sale in March at GREATLY reduced prices, since the Raffle is on Friday, you may want to consider buying your tickets up front. They will be in your registration packet when you check in, so easy peezy on your part to purchase ahead of time.
- Jell-o shot contest is Friday, and Boat Drink contest is Saturday! Hat contest is also Saturday afternoon, so get your lid ready!!

And, like always, we could use your help. If you would like to volunteer for one 3 hour shift as Security for Friday or Saturday, please respond to this email with your information, times available etc. Hey you get a special Parrot Head Security Shirt! Stay in your lane, bro!
As well, we would LOVE to see what kind of basket YOUR club can make! We always invite more gift baskets for Raffle or Silent Auction. The more expensive items go to Silent Auction.
