Let’s Get Started

We will be back at Barracuda Beach Bar and Grill this Friday night, April 2nd, at 5 pm! Some places on the beach are seeing some wild crowds, but the Barracuda BB&G is the RIGHT place for us! We will have raffle baskets, a 50/50 drawing and all the proceeds go to Meals on Wheels! We need to keep that place going because some of us might need it some day! Wear your PCPHC name tag and the best dressed Parrot Head couple will get a prize!

April 16th we will be at Papa Joe’s Bayside! This is a cool place too, you can bring your chair and hangout right on the water, it’s close to both in town and the beach. We aren’t sure who the entertainment is, but you know it will be fun, so sea you dare!!

Remember our PHINS UP PHUN DAY at Sharky’s on April 24th! Barefoot Reggie and Jim Asbell will be treating us all day long from the Rendezvous deck at Sharky’s. You can hang out on the beach if you want. This should be PHUN one so come on out!

You can see that April is going to be a PHUN month for us Parrot Heads! We hope to see you at all three of our events! And from the BOD, we hope the Easter Parrot brings you lots of goodies this weekend. (yes…the Easter Parrot, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it)

Something else to think about this time of year. The “Not So Bored of Directors.” Yes come May we will start taking nominations for all positions on our Board. That means President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and two Members at Large positions. While a few of us have talked about it already–it’s always a good time for new blood for the club! The election will be held in June and July 15 is the official start of our new fiscal year with a new Board. HEY–THINK ABOUT IT–would YOU want to lend a hand and help out the club? WE WANT YOU!!! We have so many opportunities ahead of us, wouldn’t you want to be part of that? Just start thinking about it…..
