Rendezvous 2025

We are in need of liquor for the baskets and the cork pull. Please bring the bottles to the phlocking and give them to an officer.

Tickets On Sale Now

We want to ask all of our members to consider donating a bottle of liquor to the club to use in the Cork Pull at Rendezvous. The liquor should have a retail value of over $20. Please bring those bottles to the February 7th meeting at Harpoon Harry’s and give it to one of the Board members.

Lets talk tents. Just like last year, on or before February 20, if you had a tent last year, you will get an email with a code that allows you to purchase that same spot. You must be registered for Rendezvous to get that code, so be sure to purchase your tickets before then. You will have until February 27 to repurchase your same spot, or it will go back into the general pool. If you did not have a tent last year, the sale of all available tents will happen on February 28. There are 28 new tent sites this year. Everyone registered for Rendezvous will get an email, notifying them what time the general sale will begin and instructions on how to go about it.

There is still much to be done to make this an epically phun event. Come to the next meeting to see how this all comes together and join in the Rendezvous Team. The next meeting is 5:30 on February 18th at the Majestic Beach Towers, 10901 Front Beach Rd
