PCPHC – CHANGING TIMES AND EVENTS

November 4, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Changing Times….
We hope everyone has had a fun Halloween week and weekend and has a safe Halloween tonight!
We will meet this Friday night, Nov. 4 at Sisters of the Sea. Kindred Spirits is the band, something a little different for us.
And then, remember this Sunday, we change time (ugh $#!^).
From Beth Sturdivan:
Hey there, my creative and artsy phrends! It’s not too early to get started on next years Rendezvous raffles!
I am looking for homemade and unique contributions from our talented Parrot Head members. Do you make unique, beautiful or useful items that you or someone close to you would be willing to donate?
I would love to hear from you! Hit me up at a meeting or email me at Bethstur@msn.com. We will be donating proceeds to the Gulf Coast School for Autism and I am hoping to make this years raffle just as amazing as years past.
Thanks a bunch! Beth Sturdivan
Our Christmas party this year will be Saturday, December 3, at 5:30 at Sharky’s! Jeff and those Camaros will be entertaining us! Cost is $25 this year but you will get a full buffet from Sharky’s and we have some other hijinks up our sleeve! This will be our only get together in December. The charity will be Toys for Tots, so please bring a toy.
If you aren’t going to eat, you can still come! We will have armbands for eaters. We need to know how many by Saturday, November 26. You can pay at the meeting this Friday or Nov 18 at Alice’s Restaurant in St. Andrews. BUT–it’s a WHOLE LOT EASIER FOR YOU AND FOR US IF YOU PAY ONLINE.
So if you would, just click that link and pay online, it’s easier on our treasurer and then we won’t have to deal with cash, checks, etc. This link will do down on Sat, Nov 26.
A whole lot of fun at the Halloween party! The Manager at Hooters wants to make it an annual thing there, it’s really a good time of the year for us to be there. Oh, by the way, between the raffle at Hooters and the Cake Auction at Sisters, we raised $4,000! We just mailed a check to the Charlotte Harbor Parrot Head Club. We know they are on the ground in the midst of it and will know where the money should go. Remember—many of us have been through it, we know what they are dealing with now. Insurance, Contractors, Rip off Artists, Con men, we know the drill. God bless those folks down there, I have talked to a couple of them and it’s hell down there right now.
